Dr. Tina Mahmoudi received her Bachelor of Science degree from University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) where she majored in Biology. Dr. Mahmoudi attended University of Maryland School of Dentistry (UMSOD) where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and received her D.D.S. degree. While attending UMSOD, she was awarded the Harry E. Kelsey Award for Professional Demeanor.
Dr. Mahmoudi spent an additional three years at University of Maryland School of Dentistry to specialize in Orthodontics and obtained her certificate in Orthodontics as well as a Master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences.
Dr. Mahmoudi is very passionate about creating attractive, healthy, and long-lasting smiles and truly believes that a beautiful smile can improve the quality of life. Dr. Mahmoudi is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Maryland State Society of Orthodontics, and Mid-Atlantic Society of Orthodontics. She is Invisalign® certified and stays up-to-date on current techniques, including Clear braces, accelerated tooth movement, soft tissue laser surgery, and mini-implants.
Dr. Mahmoudi lives in Howard County with her husband and daughter. She enjoys travelling, cooking, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.

Dr. Wray is a Board-Certified Orthodontist and is up to date with current techniques including Invisalign certification. Dr. Wray was born and raised in Florida and received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Florida, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a major in biomedical science.
She attended dental school at the University of Florida College of Dentistry where she completed an advanced education honors program in orthodontics. Upon graduation, she was inducted into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society. After receiving her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree, Dr. Wray attended a 3-year orthodontic residency at University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio where she earned her certificate in orthodontics as well as a master’s degree in cellular and structural biology.
Dr. Wray is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association, and a diplomat of the American Board of Orthodontists.
Dr. Wray resides in Montgomery County with her husband. They enjoy traveling cooking.
Dr. Williams is a board-certified orthodontist with extensive experience in adolescent and adult orthodontics, and complex cases requiring combined orthodontic/orthognathic (jaw) surgery. A general dentist for nine years prior to his orthodontic training, Dr. Williams works in cooperation with general dentists and specialists in the community to assure that comprehensive care is provided. He graduated from Howard University, College of Dentistry.
Dr. Williams is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Middle Atlantic Society of Orthodontists, Maryland State Society of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Maryland State Dental Association, and Howard County Dental Association.
Dr. Williams served in the United States Army Dental Corps for 23 years and retired at the rank of Colonel. As an Army orthodontist, he served as Orthodontic Advisor, European Command; Chief of Orthodontics for the Walter Reed Army Medical Center and consultant to the Cleft Palate Clinics at Walter Reed Army Medical Center and Landstuhl Army Medical Center, Germany. He taught orthodontics in the Army Advanced General Dentistry Programs at Fort Hood, Texas; Fort Meade, Maryland; and Baumholder, Germany.
Dr. Abrahams was raised in Ontario, Canada. She received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Ontario where she majored in Biology. She moved to the United States in 1991 to attend dental school at The Ohio State University. While attending The Ohio State University, Dr. Abrahams received the prestigious Thomas P. Hinman Student Scholarship Award, the William R. Wallace Dental Research Scholarship Award and the Dean’s List Award. Dr. Abrahams has also published original research supported by the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Foundation.
Dr. Abrahams received her orthodontic training at The Ohio State University as well as a Master’s in Oral Biology. She continues to keep up-to-date on all current techniques, including Invisalign® certification.
Dr. Abrahams is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, American Association of Orthodontists Foundation (research organization), American Dental Association, Maryland State Dental Association, Mid-Atlantic Orthodontic Society, Alpha Kappa Mu Honor Society and the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society.
Dr. Miller is a board-certified orthodontist with over 20 years experience specializing in orthodontics for adults and children. He graduated summa cum laude from Towson State University and received his dental degree from the University of Maryland. He completed his orthodontic training at the State University of New York at Buffalo. He stays current on orthodontic techniques, including lingual braces (braces behind the teeth) and Invisalign® certification.
Dr. Miller founded Orthodontic Associates in 1984 after merging his practice with Dr. Aaron Schaeffer. Dr. Miller is very interested in orthodontic research and is a benefactor of the American Association of Orthodontists Foundation (research organization). He has encouraged the orthodontic community to use an "evidence-based" treatment approach. Dr. Miller is also a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, College of Diplomates of the American Board of Orthodontics, Maryland State Dental Association, Mid-Atlantic Society of Orthodontists and the Metropolitan Dental Study Club (President).
Dr. Miller's opinion is frequently sought after by other orthodontists regarding difficult cases.
