Would you like to participate in our Smile of the Month contest? Just email us a photo of your smile after your braces have been removed to orthodonticassoc@gmail.com. We will upload your photo to the site so that people can vote on which one they like best. The winner will receive a gift card.
You must have completed treatment with us to participate. By sending us your photo you give permission for the use of your photographs to be used for purposes of research, education, publication, or marketing.
Please send us your photos by the 15th of the month. Your picture will be posted and you will have until the end of the month to vote. Winners will be posted at the beginning of the following month.
