"Great experience! I lost my retainer and had came and got a replacement. My retainer felt a lot tighter from my previous one I got from the one at Catonsville Md. "I am currently going through chemo, and I had no idea how hard it would be to manage treatment while also having braces. My mouth became so sensitive that brushing and even water flossing was painful. The wires were sticking the back of my mouth, and my gums were bleeding every time I brushed. Something just had to give.Maria at the front desk, Terri the assistant, and Dr. Anna were incredibly compassionate through it all. I called hoping to do a walk-in because I was struggling so much, and they not only made time for me, but even stayed late to help. They listened to all of my concerns, gave me options, and treated me with so much kindness and understanding.I’m beyond grateful for their compassion during such a difficult time. Their care meant more to me than they probably realize. (Ugly crying as I write this)."
"I want to give a big thank you to Kristie and Dr. Soofian at this location! I came in without an appointment, urgently needing help with my internal retainer after an issue at a dentist visit earlier that day. Even though they were fully booked, Kristie overheard what was going on and brought me right back. Within five minutes, Dr. Soofian had everything fixed and back to normal.I’m a former patient from their Catonsville location, and experiences like this are exactly why I’ve always appreciated their team. Truly grateful for how quickly and kindly they stepped in to help."

"Absolutely loved, loved, loved my experience at the Columbia location. I had the pleasure of having Ms. Terri, Ms. Kristi and Dr. Mahmoudi with my first visit of many in my braces journey. Super fast, informative and more than patient with listening to ALL of my tedious concerns and answering ALL of my questions. Although this location is not my based office, I would be more than willing to make the trip over and over again if it means I can have such a caring team helping me. "As a physician I am pretty detail oriented and picky when it comes to my health care providers - Dr Mahmoudi is the best care provider I’ve seen and I recommend her and her office highly for orthodontic care. I have been coming here for the last 1 year every 4-6 weeks for my incognito braces - her office gave great financial counseling and consultation before initiating treatment making the financial/insurance part seamless. They also have a great front desk staff and appt reminder system - I have yet to miss an appt despite being a busy physician, being pregnant (with appts for that too) and having a newborn because of how great their system is.My teeth look great now and I love the incognito system as no one even knows I’m wearing braces. Dr Mahmoudi sees me at each appt, remembers everything I tell her at each appt, and has a great staff of assistants who are well trained on all of the nuances of incognito and other braces.I wish more medical offices ran like this office (I see the of Snowden location) the staff is so friendly and Dr Mahmoudi is always a pleasure to see always smiling and sweet!"

She is super kind and compassionate and genuinely wants the best for her patients.
