"First I would like to start by saying Britany at the front desk is great they accidentally didn’t have my in the system for the day I was scheduled Britany made sure I was seen in the next 20 min and didn’t have to reschedule. Today was my first day getting braces pretty nervous… as soon as I set down Kendall made sure I was comfortable, his energy was unmatched nothing but positivity energy coming from him he made sure I knew what was going on and any questions I had with the process he had me covered. When I was done he made sure I understood everything such as how I should brush my teeth with braces in how I should floss and etc he goes above and beyond just to make sure you are okay THANK YOU KENDALL. would like to thank doctor A as she told me starting that the process would be easy and she was not lying she is very welcoming with her personality everything bit of information I needed to know she made sure I understood and was okay from the start to the finish. "Where do I start …TJ the office manager is awesome. We needed a document filled out as soon as possible in order for my son to move forward in joining the military. TJ did not hesitate to have me scan the documents over so he can get it filled out for us. But wait there’s more.. I needed to schedule an appointment ASAP for my sons braces to be removed, when I called we could only get in at the end of the month which was pass our deadline . Which is understandable so we took the appointment. TJ contacted me a few hours later stating they had a cancellation and they could get my son in the very next day. How awesome was that. He understood how important it was for us to get an appointment as soon as possible. TJ and his willingness to help us is beyond awesome. He is a great asset to the Orthodontics and Associates team. They also combined two procedures (braces and a metal mouth guard at the roof of her mouth used to prevent the tongue from pushing front teeth forward) on my daughter, which eliminated an extra year of orthodontic treatments. They are very thorough, and always concerned if their patients were feeling any discomfort. And I shopped around for cost of orthodontic work and Orthodontic Associates offered the best price!
