"In March of 2024, my permanent lower retainer broke after over 30 years. Thinking that I could just get a new one, my dentist told me my teeth had shifted (I had stopped wearing my upper retainer years ago). My dentist wanted to put me in Invisaliners at $6000.00 up front. Nope not going to happen. A google search landed me at Orthodontic Associates about 15 minutes from where I live. This is where I met Dr. Jeffery Miller and his wonderful staff. Called made an appointment, lucky me they had an opening on the day of my appointment. They set me up with a small down payment and a monthly payment plan. I left out of there in braces again after over 30 years. One year and a month later I am out of my braces. Dr. Miller was very kind, knowledgeable and always pleasant. The staff is top notch and professional. I always enjoyed the atmosphere; the background music was always on point; good music that kept me reminiscing about the good old days. I highly recommend Orthodontic Associates you won't be disappointed!"

"My teeth were a risky case when I first came into the office. My adult canines were impacted in my soft palate, and I was already in my late 20s. I'd been warned against waiting so long to get orthodontics since with age, it generally gets harder to move the teeth. The angles of those canines and the tight spaces in my jaw also compounded the risk, but when I went in for the consultation, Dr. Miller informed me that I was just on the cusp of being able to move them. I put my faith in him and boy did it pay off! It took a bit longer than eatimated (my canines were quite stubborn!!) but I'm so thrilled today to walk out with beautifully straight teeth and more importantly, my adult canines in place!!I also need to shout out Dr. Panthos, Dr. Wray and honestly all of the technicians for this feat. Everybody who worked on my teeth were skilled, attentive, and pleasant and the front desk staff was very welcoming too.Seriously, whether you're thinking about getting orthodontics for your confidence or your oral health, please consider Orthodontic Associates, you won't regret the experience!"

"I went in for a second opinion consultation. Yes, they were slightly higher but I had a better experience. We arrived 10 minutes early and was seen right away. Dr Pantos came in and was very pleasant. He didn’t try to pressure me into services I didn’t want for my child. I felt like they put our needs and concerns of focus first. Anna gave me a quote right after my consultation. She has an amazing personality and personable. I enjoyed laughing it up with her, professionally. We put a down payment and were scheduled within my availability, 1 week after consultation. The dental tech even offered an explanation of the X-ray machine to my curious toddler, so sweet. Great staff, great experience and reasonable quotes. I highly recommend!!"

"I am a transfer patient and didn't know what to expect. I'll first start with Dr. Pantos- Not only was he informative but also kind. He gave me information I wasn't given from my previous office. It was greatly appreciated and made me feel more comfortable. Anna- I can brag about her forever. She is the sweetest soul and allowed me to ramble about anything, lol. She answered all the questions I had which wasn't many. And then there's the staff who made me laugh and want to stay longer than needed. The atmosphere was pure. I felt more "at home" than at an appointment. I wish I had gone to them in the beginning but I'm a believer in fate. The last two years my daughter has really felt comfortable and bonded with Kendall and Kelly! She refers to them as her favorites. Kendall from the beginning hit it off with my kid with his high energy and their shared enjoyment of tic-tok and cheer. He provided all her education when she first got her braces made it easy to understand. Kelly has been wonderful with her as well they share a zodiac sign and compliment each others style. I go to the Owing Mills Location and every time I visit: the office is clean, visits are timely, ALL of the staff are both professional and pleasant, there is usually some light music playing, and the atmosphere is just so welcoming (on my very first visit in I was told " Welcome to the family"). Today I was serviced by Annette aka "Netty" at 8am sharp, and she was sweet, funny, and very thorough in applying/checking my equipment as well as making sure I had no questions or concerns about any changes made. "My estimated timeframe was 18-24 months and at 18 months I just left my debonding appointment. I’m so happy with everything. Their service is great: everyone was so friendly and personable, but also professional. They were flexible and communicative. I was never in any appointment for more than 30 minutes, except for the debonding. They always saw me right away at my appointment time. They have a few locations so you could to whichever is most convenient. I’ve been to two of their locations and it was always the same atmosphere. I definitely recommend them if you need to get braces."

"At 52 I decided it was time to close the gaps in my teeth. My son and granddaughter were patients here so I said why not! Of course COVID hit 6 months into my treatment so visits were not as frequent BUT the visits did continue. Due to Covid I may have been in braces longer than I wanted to be (almost 3 years!) but I am now gap free with a gorgeous smile. Even the gaps they did not think would close are closed. "I've had 3 kids with braces, all 3 go to Dr. Miller and Dr. Wray in Owings Mills. My oldest has Aspergers and sensory issues. Dr. Miller was so good with him and was willing to wait for his baby teeth to come out naturally to start his braces. This avoided extraction and made the whole process so much better for him. Because of the care my oldest received, we travel about 30 minutes and pass multiple other orthodontic offices to get here. I would refer them to anyone I know."

"I brought my son in to have his teeth looked at because things were not coming out the way they should. He is 8 years old and still has two baby teeth. The issue that the wonderful people here were able to solve is that he needed a palatial expander. The staff here are great with all patients young and old and are very thorough with their assessments and patient plans. You are greeted with a smile when you walk in the door and as a bonus for me, there is coffee while I wait."
