"I had a great first visit at Orthodontic Associates. From the moment I walked in, everything felt professional and well organized. What really stood out to me was that, when I saw Dr. A, she made a point to ask how I was welcomed. She specifically asked for feedback concerning whether her staff introduced themselves and whether I was greeted properly. That level of attention to the patient experience says a lot about the leadership and culture of the practice.They did an excellent job explaining my Invisalign treatment plan. The doctor walked me through how the aligners would work, what to expect at each stage, and the projected timeline. I never felt rushed, and all of my questions were answered clearly and thoroughly.I also appreciated that they used digital scanning technology instead of traditional impressions, which made the process quick and comfortable. On top of that, they were transparent about pricing and payment options, breaking everything down clearly so there were no surprises.Overall, my first experience at Orthodontic Associates was very positive. As an out-of-pocket patient, this meant a lot to me.I love them not just for their service, professionalism, responsiveness, and friendliness, but because they also participate in the Healthy Smiles program, helping low income families get the orthodontic care they need. While I don't use the program myself, knowing they have that level of compassion and care sold me on using them for my own orthodontic needs."

"Kendell is an assistant and does a wonderful job. He knows what he is doing. The only assistant that I trust.Dr. Miller is amazing as well. Out of all the orthodontist he takes the most care in making things right.There were a few hiccups along the way, but they made sure to correct them. I started with Invisalign and they didn't do very well correcting my teeth so I had to change over to regular braces."
"Dr. Adam and Dr. Miller are the best in the industry, reliable, experts for many years in Orthodontic treatment. Dr. Miller treated me as a teen and I’m so happy they could help me again as an adult. I had a pretty complex case after a poor 6k Invisalign treatment with Crown Dental Care. They got my smile back to normal. This is a new beautiful location. All of the staff is attentive, knowledgeable and truly cares for people. They have very affordable prices compared to the market in Montgomery county and offer payment plans to make it work for everyone. There is a discount if you pay for your treatment in advance. I highly recommend coming here before taking a chance on all the clear aligner products on the market."

"I walked into Orthodontic Associates in Glen Burnie, MD last year around late September. I met Dr. David Williams there. I must say, the office in Glen Burnie was pretty nice, clean and very modern. I went there to get a free consultation regarding my separated (gappy) teeth. I opted for the Invisalign treatment.The people that work there were very pleasant and helpful. They continue to be friendly and professional throughout my treatment. Everything Dr. Williams told me would happen throughout my treatment is happening.
