"I had a great first visit at Orthodontic Associates. From the moment I walked in, everything felt professional and well organized. What really stood out to me was that, when I saw Dr. A, she made a point to ask how I was welcomed. She specifically asked for feedback concerning whether her staff introduced themselves and whether I was greeted properly. That level of attention to the patient experience says a lot about the leadership and culture of the practice.They did an excellent job explaining my Invisalign treatment plan. The doctor walked me through how the aligners would work, what to expect at each stage, and the projected timeline. I never felt rushed, and all of my questions were answered clearly and thoroughly.I also appreciated that they used digital scanning technology instead of traditional impressions, which made the process quick and comfortable.
